BongoShield includes a content library of security training you can assign to employees or let them explore on their own.

What's in the library

The library supports a range of formats so learning stays engaging:

  • Videos — short, watchable lessons.
  • Documents — clear written guides.
  • Policies to acknowledge — documents employees read and confirm they understand, giving you a record of acknowledgement.
  • Quizzes — check understanding.
  • Courses — fuller, structured lessons, including interactive SCORM courses you can import.

Assigning training

You can put the right learning in front of the right people:

  • Assign to individuals, departments, or the whole organization. For example, assign a new-joiner course to a department, or a policy acknowledgement to everyone.
  • Set due dates so important training has a clear deadline.
  • Let employees self-enrol. Anyone can browse the library and start available modules on their own — great for curiosity-driven learning.

Tracking progress

BongoShield keeps track of how training is going, so you always know where things stand:

  • See who has started, who's in progress, and who's completed each module.
  • Review quiz results and policy acknowledgements.
  • Roll this up by department in your reports and dashboards.

Completing training also earns employees points and improves their personal risk score — a gentle nudge toward good habits.

Tips for effective training

  • Keep modules short. Little-and-often learning sticks better than long sessions.
  • Pair training with campaigns. Follow a phishing awareness campaign with a quick, relevant module.
  • Refresh regularly. Rotate content so awareness stays current.
