Each organization is kept separate

Every organization on BongoShield is isolated from every other organization. Your people, your reports, and your data are yours alone — never visible to any other customer.

Everything important is logged

BongoShield keeps a tamper-resistant audit trail of significant activity. That gives your security and compliance teams a reliable record of what happened and when — exactly what auditors and regulators expect to see.

You stay in control

  • Roles and permissions ensure people only see and do what their role allows — always enforced on BongoShield's servers, never left to the browser. See Users, Departments & Roles.
  • Single Sign-On lets employees use your existing, trusted work accounts, so identity stays under your organization's control. See Single Sign-On.
  • Administrators can manage access across the organization, keeping the right people in and everyone else out.

Cloud or on-premise — your choice

  • Cloud (SaaS): BongoShield hosts everything for you, with security managed on your behalf.
  • On-premise / dedicated: BongoShield runs inside your own infrastructure — a common choice for banks, telecoms, and government bodies with strict data requirements. Your data stays within your environment.

Either way, employees and admins get the same experience.

Built around learning, not surveillance

BongoShield's purpose is to help your people get better at security — not to catch them out. Points, streaks, and risk scores exist to encourage good habits and guide support where it's needed, not to punish individuals. Wrong answers are learning moments, never penalties.
