For Administrators

This section is for the people who set up and run BongoShield for their organization — security teams, IT admins, and team leads.

What administrators do

A sensible order to set things up

  1. Decide how employees sign in. Local email-and-password, or Single Sign-On with Microsoft or Google. SSO is the smoothest experience for most organizations.
  2. Add your people. Create departments and add users, and assign roles so the right people have the right access.
  3. Choose how the daily gate reaches them. Sign-in, an email-client add-in, or the browser extension.
  4. Turn on the good stuff. Assign training and plan your first phishing awareness campaign.
  5. Watch it work. Use reports and dashboards to see engagement and risk trends, and share polished PDF reports with leadership.

We'll help you get set up

Some steps — like connecting Single Sign-On or deploying an email-client add-in — are best done alongside the BongoShield team. We'll guide you through them so everything lands cleanly the first time.

Cloud or on-premise

BongoShield is available as a cloud (SaaS) service that we host for you, and as an on-premise / dedicated install inside your own infrastructure — a common choice for banks, telecoms, and government. The admin experience is the same in both; your BongoShield contact can help you choose the right fit.
